What are your shipping options and delivery timeframes?
We offer standard courier delivery which typically takes 2-4 working days. You can also opt for express shipping for faster delivery. Free standard shipping is available for local orders above a certain spend threshold.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Please note that sale items and intimates are final sale.
How do I determine the right size for me?
Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' with specific measurements for that garment. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing it against our charts for the best fit.
Can I amend or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, orders are processed quickly. Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. Please double-check your cart and shipping details before checking out.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, and various 'Buy Now, Pay Later' services such as Atome and ShopBack PayLater.
Do you restock items that are sold out?
While we don't restock all items, popular pieces may be brought back via 'Backorder.' You can join the waiting list on the product page to be notified if an item becomes available again.
